As an Automatic Gate, the contractors have installed the SEA 400 motors that are below grade and hidden from view. The Double Driveway Gates sit and hinge on a pivot pin embedded into the motors. Although the motors are approximately double the cost of standard motors, it provides a clean solution to out-swing gates, as well as sites where there is a limit on where a standard motor can be placed.
