These Wood Drive Entry Gates are unusual in that there are two security gates prior to arriving at this point. Therefore the Driveway Gates shown, which are seldom closed, are more ornamental than functional.   Arriving at this juncture rewards the visitor with a sweeping view of Napa and Sonoma Valleys--what were once thick with blossoming apple orchards, and more recently, olive orchards.  Unseemingly fertile valleys that bend to the prevailing economic and agricultural markets.
