  At this LaJolla, CA. property, we have an automated slide drive gate set against a stucco sound wall. To the right and far left  are Insert Panels to help lighten the mass of the wall. The inserts are designed with suggestive patterns that are only identifiable from a distance. Similiar to the effect of an impressionist painting. There are four inserts total, with only two shown.

The accompanying entry gate, arbor, insert panels, and even the mail slot door. --The pyramid style pattern of the gate grids compliments the low-slung roof line

Sliding drive gates are surface-mounted onto exposed steel frames.

The parralel track shown allows the alligning rollers to be free of 'scruffing' the wood gate.
