The upper pattern replicates the existing porch rail detail.
The Drive Gate, when mimicing the residential
Architecture, becomes an extension of the residence.
This gate also illustrates one option
for managing a soft slope in the driveway grade. Each picket,
from right to left, grows increasingly longer, with the bottom
horizontal gate rail parralel to the sloping grade.
