Wood Gate 3  over 3 grid.  Garden Gate #53 offers an arching top rail with a level bottom edge. Within the upper pattern, the two vertical dividers allow us to configure for 3 equal grid sizes, both vertically anf horizontally, in much the same manner as the Gate Design #52.

  Wood Gate Often there are parameters within the existing architecture that call out the occasional radius, but with the overriding precedent of a Bungalow style geometry.  The straight bottom edge of the top rail in Garden Gate #53, encorporates both features.

Wood Gate Although this particular Garden Gate in Mill Valley, California (Marin County) is only 42" wide, the Gate needed the added girth of a 2-1/4" thickness against the shear visual muscle of an existing overhead arbor.  Widths over 48" automatically default to 2-1/4" thickness
