Here, the Wood Gate borrows from the tapered porch columns and the alternating gable pickets.
Similar to Wood Gate #5, with the exception of the tapered stiles and the alternating pickets widths.
Also similar to Wood Gate #3, with its tapered stiles and a unique upper grid pattern.

Sent by our homeowners in Pasadena, California, this photograph will suffice until we receive the  completed installation. It does serve to illustrate a shining example of a 1917 Arts and Crafts home, with its tapered porch columns.  The new Fence Gate is slated to replace the existing gate and fence to the right of the house.

Gate Design #85 illustrates an alternating picket width, as shown below, spaced at 1-1/2".
