CPW offers three options for solid-bronze Gate Hardware:

  The Euro Latch is a solid cast bronze Gate Latch with a spring-loaded lever at 3-3/8"H x 4-7/8"L x 7/16"T.
The opposite plate is identical but without the horizontal latch bar. Ships with two spindle lengths for 1-1/2" to 2-1/4" thick gates

Whatever happened to Buddy and Dee and Reta anyway?  Perhaps they're all living in the English countryside, happily engaged at our mystical bronze foundry.

   The 40-300 Thumblatch is a very dark bronze product.  The thumb-handle mounts on the street-side, with the Drop Bar and catch plate mounted on the inside, with the gate opening in.   This latch is not advisable for gates that swing out, away from the property.

MISCELLANEOUS LATCH OPTIONS

Magnalock Electronic Strikeplate M62 FG----$520
(Installation and technical Specs: <http://www.securitron.com/products.asp>

The Magnalock M62 FG is a solution to eletronic security gates that allow for the normal expansion and contraction of an exterior Wood Gate.  The above plate is surface mounted to either the inside face of your posts, as illustrated below, or to the inside edge of a jamb.  The corresponding Z-bar is subsequently mounted to the gate face. 

The mounting box is equipped for conduit to carry your wiring to the grade.  It is also equipped to accommodate wiring bored through the post to an intercom  or bell system located on the face side of the post.
The Magnalock M62 FG and its corresponding Z-bracket retail for $520.  Ordered either through CPW or Access Hardware, listed below.

If you are mounting your gate to columns or masonry walls, etc, we will provide the jambs for $175
(This includes one 2x4 hinge jamb, and one 3-1/16"T x 4"W lock jamb to accommodate the M62 plate.  This plate is surface mounted on site.)
